Fredell wrote "a neighbor who reportedly was concerned about his well-being. She said his dogs were barking and his van was in the driveway." Sheriff reports and discovery reports indicate that a Xcel employee, Cindy Jordan, reported Mr. Nelson's dogs were running on Xcell property. She took one dog to Mr. Nelson's home, but then removed it. Discovery reports indicate that a call was made to the sheriff's office from a Xcel telephone. The dogs were not Mr. Nelson;s. The woman is not a neighbor of Mr. Nelson. She is/was an employee of Xcel. She didn't even know Mr. Nelson. Your article state they were barking! Where? At the Power Plant?

It is a fact that Jordan entered through two closed gates that were both posted "No Trespassing", It is a fact that there were many vehicles parked on Mr. Nelson's property. Since she didn't know Mr. Nelson how could she surmise "his van was in the driveway".

Why did and employee of Xcel feel she must call the sheriff office when she really didn't know whether or not the dogs belonged to Mr. Nelson, but told the sheriff office she thought they belonged to Mr. Nelson? Reports state that she dicussed the dogs with two other Xcel employees.

My, My, My -- Sounds like a setup!!!!!!
