On the Steamboat Today morning show with Harper Louden, Lee Gamble of the YVMC Auxiliary invites everyone to come out for the 23rd Annual Rubber Ducky Race, a fundraiser to help pay for a diagnostic system to detect disease-causing germs for hospital patients.
