Wednesday's ground breaking ceremony for the redevelopment of the base area involved tearing down a small building in Ski Time Square known as Checkpoint Charlie's. Also includes remarks from Steamboat Ski and Resort Corp. President Chris Diamond and Sandy Evans Hall, executive vice president of the Steamboat Springs Chamber Resort Association.
