Hey Scott, "Civil Non-Jailable Offense," and Dui are not in the same category in Colorado., Colorado Revised Statutes(42-4-1401), jail time is part of a DUI sentance. DWAI 2 Days-180 days, DUI 5 days-1 year jail time, both are listed as criminal offenses as well as traffic/civil offenses in COLORADO. So was the hot pursuit/entry based on failure to signal or Probable Cause for DUI, or Eluding(also a criminal/jailable Offense) might be the question. Betcha it is found to be a legal entry...but we'll see.

Obama says Iran is a small country of no real threat to the world. Obama opposes troop surge in Iraq, predicts it will worsen the on ground security. Obama says he would be more suited than General Petreaus to decide troop levels in Iraq(based off of his all 2 days there?).
Ask the most knowledgeable economist you know about what Obama's economic policies will do to this country, forget recession revisit Jimmy Carter and 18% interest. Educate yourself beyond feel good generalizations and campaign promises Paul, even if you can spell. Obama's lack of experience is evident on his daily contradictions of himself....if your views are built off of lack of research...they tend to change daily.
I fear you are right and he will win....4 years from now we'll see what a socialist approach does to all of us, Higher taxes and more government creates way more issues than it solves...but here we go!

Maybe she could have all her friends come in and say she wasn't drunk, I bet its a conspiracy to get her too. We should ask Wall who else is on the black ball list so we know who's next....or maybe we should just understand that some alcoholics like Wall and Rodeman put our lives in danger daily with no regard for those around them.

YEAH!!!, Next headline should be, Wall Resigns....however with his continued lack of self accountability the next headline will be Wall Appeals. Wish I owned stock in whatever whiskey Gary's drinking tonight....demand just went way up.

If we start taking responsibility for our own lives and actions we could stop making laws on top of laws. It's called common sense.
I just bought a camper. When I brought it home I realized the smoke detectors were missing. Did I try to close down the dealership???...no-I simply replaced them(the detectors). It is sad to hear of the death. No one wants that to happen to a human...it's sad and unfortunate. Lets not punish and make laws. Lets all get fresh batteries for our detectors, look both ways before crossing a road and take responsibility for our lives.

Knezevich is let go, Wall remains the Sherriff, whats in our water? Conspiracy theory, poor Gary everybody's picking on him....wait that was his excuse for all the times he was arrested before, poor guy just has a target tatooed on his back or something.

what a shame, Mike go into private business, there the politics and back stabbing at least have economic reprecussions. Only in Social government run programs, like public education can this type of anonymous behind the scenes backstabbing get you fired. Good Luck Mike, this wasn't right!
