Scott... if you don't think the "Division of Parks and Landscaping" (what used to be the ole'DOW) is NOT controlled...
by those clowns on Broadway in Denver...then I have some "swamp land in Death Valley" I'd like you sell ya!
No Facts? Really...we need to talk.
I'm no "conservative" Pat. Just to set the record straight.
you claim...as if anything said on this forum is real, or means anything Ha! You then must really love "wasting your own time" by joining into "this crap".
ya know I'm so sick of hearing these liberals and trendies using terms like..."you threatened me... you bullied me"...my gosh...grow a backbone people!
How is it possible for someone to "threaten someone with a Bear attack" ????????????
As if the person you are accusing of such a lame threat is capable of "controlling" the Bears.
I'd be more concerned about the coming era of armed government drones over the civilian population!!
Get over it Pat! We "HUNTERS" know what real hunting is. Go ride your bike, we will continue our time honored heritage of the hunt.
As far as "our government's paid DOW officer". they are just "parroting" what those city slickers down on Broadway tell 'em to say.
After all "the Tim, Doug and Cari Show" is getting a 61% pay increase let's listen in on what these "newly financially well healed...part timers" have to say! They NOW will receive a "sustainable living wage"... maybe they will be more agreeable to spend more unnecessary money on ridiculous projects, like that waste of money on RCR 14 near Stagecoach. Yikes! My wife and I have driven that road for 27 years...and I still don't know what they did with the money spent on that project. It looks the same to us. Thanks for the inconvenience!
just a sidebar...My Dad and Mom were "front and center" at Ole' Chesty's funeral. Dad was First Division...First Wave, Guadalcanal. He and Chesty were pals! What a guy!
Glad you got your flash figured out . Go get 'em tiger!! From the Proud Son of an exceptional "Jarhead" to another proud Jarhead"...good hunting.
rhys...sorry about your "failed hunt"!
I don't like Flies and Yellowjackets so I don't hunt the early seasons.
These mis-guided people that don't think that a Black Bear will "take" little Johnny or Sally off a deck in old town are so blind to the facts. Scott is right...if Momma-Bear is around, there's trouble with a capital "B" for beware! Having been a guide for 30 years I can tell ya...you DO NOT want to come between a Momma and her Cubs...food or no food.
The real problem is the elimination of the Spring Bear Hunt and the fact that the former DOW is governed and managed by "city-idiots" on Broadway in Denver. They want to make Colorado a "Wildlife Viewing" state and so the policies that you see or don't see are are a result of that mis-mangement!
Don't be fooled people...this is NOT just about "stashing your trash".
Speaking of "electric cars"...(like we were) I've haven't seen a single "little kilowatt eaters" in the "green" charger spaces across from Bobs!! I've seen "other" traditional cars parked there...but no
What a waste!!
btw...there is no Gold in Fort Knox! Prove otherwise
The "weed" retailers need to start their own "Banks". The heck with the others.
Bankers being Bankers...they are just upset about losing all the revenue which they would convert into "magic money" using the typical Banking/Fed ratio.
How do ya produce $10.00? Collect $1.00 !! Magic!
yo Pat...interesting that you use the "CIA" term "conspiracy"...
"forget it" if you want...in your "Peter Pan" world (as one who believes the government line)...but I would say, PROVE that there "IS" Gold in Fort Knox!
Oh I know...you'll now back up and say..."it's not my job to prove it". I say...then you must believe in the tooth fairy.
Reinstate the "SPRING" Bear hunting season!
Just fast forward the tape...5...10 years and bingo...little Johnny or little Sally will be lunch on "Laurel Street".
Get rid of this stupid "altruistic wildlife mentality" that doesn't allow the proper "culling" of the Bear population. Do it before it's too late. It may already be too late.
