Liz...the endangered species act didn't exist before Obama? Is that what your trying to say. Again, I can't debate the merits of such an important law with someone who has no heart, a low-brow if you will. You are a lost cause to me. You would rather let a woman die than to let her abort her child...you would rather let a person die rather than provide her with basic health care...you would rather let an entire species disappear forever than provide regulations to keep that from happening. Heartless. No soul, no compassion, no hope, that's today's GOP.
So Liz...the permanent loss of a species is preferable to a minor inconvenience to some rancher...you truly are a heartless b@tch. I am proud that the DOW and our President sees that keeping endangered animals from disappearing forever is more important than some minor inconvenience. In fact, I hope that one day your narrow little mind will see the beauty that the natural world provides, instead of just how it effects your bottom line. I also know that debating with you low-brow types is pointless, so I will just bow out and leave you to your hate and dreams.
Nam...they don't think. They play to the lowest common denominator, a fear of minorities and a fear of science. They are the party of fear, and fear leads to hate and war. The GOP is bought and paid for by the defense, oil, and mass agricultural industries...Exxon, Monsanto, DOW Chemical etc.. GOP leaders are also some of the largest investors in private prisons, go figure. I am not saying that the Dems are innocent or free of corruption, but they are the only ones that seem to represent the struggling middle class. The current class of GOP hopefuls wants to bring us back to the days of the Robber Barons and they want to force feed us their religious beliefs as well. Until we reform the way we allow campaigns to be financed and disallow former elected officials to engage in for-profit lobbying , this is what we are stuck with.
