McConnell campaign counts on constituents’ anger, tea party principles

obama and the democrats want us to be like europe. where your coddled from cradle to grave (unless your an immigrant) it has made them soft. our system may not be perfect but hardwork, honesty (bankers and ed trousil are exempted) and opportunity is what drives our country what would steamboat be if a few didnt have these ethics. we must never forget the people who got us to where we are today and we must strive to try and make them proud of us.

Ed and Cheri Trousil: Humble explanation

thank you george
your website is great presentation of the facts. hopefully it can be seen by more than the people who comment here. maybe you can start a fund to buy an ad in the pilot so more people can get the info. you know the pilot will have nothing to do with it, your not a developer.

Ed and Cheri Trousil: Humble explanation

its really simple mr and mrs trousil, if your not happy with the agreement give the money back. dont hide behind lawyers and double speak. let the public enjoy what they paid for. you are an embarrassment to steamboat springs why dont you just move somewhere else.

chicago you are wrong if you live in the city part of your taxes go to the city of steamboat for school, cemetary, etc. and when not full time residents shop in the city they also pay sales tax. from the tax assesor web page:
Where your property is located has a direct relationship to the amount of property tax you pay each year. The local government entities providing service(s) to your property determine the total or aggregate mill levy amount.

Judges support Humble Ranch, rule against city

scot you seem to miss the point public opinion usually has a more valuable effect than the long delaying legal process. maybe the public besides for posting here should email the trousils with their opinions.
i think the city should build a statue to ed trousil and put his quote:

“Trust and vision is not real estate law — real estate law is governed by written documents,” Trousil said. “The documents have always been unambiguous.”

on the base and whenever a developer makes a promise have him sign the promise in front of the statue.
