If you havn't heard of how bad the police and justice system is in this county: STOP CALLING THE POLICE FOR SUCH STUPID THINGS!" One the caller saw the two around the trash and not with a crow-bar at the door! PUT THAT PHONE DOWN. The punishment system here is terrorism and not your mommy and daddy to simply cry to. If you havn't heard, the two men are in the jail with another whom is serving a stupid sentence of violation of restraining order just by making a PHONE CALL! to a soon-to-be-X for trying to make arrangments for child visitations. Nothing happened to her for making the call in the first place and hanging up on him. Just a returning phone call made by him and got 90 DAYS! Hey guys how about a warning.... This is just the tip of the ice-berg. The system is bored and the locals found some relief when the police were busy harrasing the Rainbow Group.
Get the trash pickers out of jail and the other there for the phone call, restraining order situation.
As an X-Taxi driver, I have heard a lot of the sorry stories as I picked up the released from jail. Most common is being charged with more than one DUI when such is the case. The additional DUI charge is there to break and wear on the victum so after the trumped up charge is dropped, the accused is either too weary or too broke to consider continuing the fight.
Remember when the new jail was being built? The head-lines read, "We have to get 350 more DUIs by the end of the year for the payment of this project."
I will always believe there is a God, there is Carma, but Kerry....? Which "G" role does he played for years and years and years. WHEN IS IT GOING TO STOP, WHEN IS HE GOING TO BE STOPPED and whom will do it? I have been wondering and waiting and cannot understand even to this day that he is still going on...and being rewarded! It is dumbfounding. Karma knows no time so it is just a matter of WHEN. HE NEEDS TO GET THE SAME MEDICINE THAT HE HAS DISHED OUT: UNREASONABLE JAIL-TIME, SOME SERIOUS TIME TILL HE IS HUMBLED. But with this system, I don't keep my hopes high. Double Jeopardy.....not possible? You havn't been around long enough. They have no boundaries. But the world could NEVER know for we are just a small fish in an over-powering pond. SO THIS CASE COULD BE A BLESSING IN DISGUISE.... And If true, citizens and visitors could once again be in an environment that is not intimidating but understanding and fair.
