Serious bad, bad news that parents would allow a 2-year-old near rapidly moving cold water withOUT proper supervision. Hope the little guy survives his childhood with that kind of parenting.

There is NO Sunday, July 4, 2011!!!!
The Fireworks Show might be either on SUNDAY, July 3rd or maybe on MONDAY, July 4th
