Fireplace options vary - City regulations limit types that can be used

as stated in the article, to install a wood burner in the Steamboat "Airshed", you have to purchase 2 fireplace rights from individuals who are selling them, which may be hard now since there probably not a lot of people who have the grandfathered rights left,since a lot have already sold them. in the past they had been going for around $1500 each and people would advertise them in the paper, but I haven't seen any lately. you might put an ad in yourself seeking them and see if you get any response.

there wasn't any snow on the road Friday. They were attempting to push back the berm and left a trail of boulder sized ice chunks down the entire street, instead.
Guess he was half asleep daydreaming about all that overtime pay.
