Debby as stated in the article, to install a wood burner in the Steamboat "Airshed", you have to purchase 2 fireplace rights from individuals who are selling them, which may be hard now since there probably not a lot of people who have the grandfathered rights left,since a lot have already sold them. in the past they had been going for around $1500 each and people would advertise them in the paper, but I haven't seen any lately. you might put an ad in yourself seeking them and see if you get any response.
