If they get any time at all it will be minimal, and would probably be served locally and not in prison. First offense I would suspect probation ,community service and pay for costs of the damages. Real costs.
Any plea bargain would have to include a guilty plea to an alcohol related offense. If it doesnt it would not be consistent with other cases in this valley. I would also not be opposed to dropping the weapons charge. That is an add on type of charge and there has been no indication the weapon was displayed, or used in any unlawful manner. I suspect he will lose his drivers license for a year for the refusal to take a chemical test. Take the test and fail you lose your license for 3 months. Revoke the consent to take a chemical test which you give when you obtain you license, you lose for a year.

Oh bike girl you are so correct on many of your points. Previous owner(s) could have been held accountable as this place should have been considered a "public nuisance" years ago. Its the see no evil hear no evil mentality that has existed for years here..until something goes wrong. These guys do need to be held accountable for their actions but in all honesty this isnt the first serious incident related to this house and who couldnt see this coming?
