greenwash- so what exactly is your point? we've all been listening to you say the same thing over and over agin for a few years now, and it's getting really old. If you do not like the fact that there are 369 Realtors on file with the Steamboat Springs Board of Realtors, perhaps you should move elsewhere.
perhaps there are some who wanted you to gloss over the blatently obvious facts that we had already been reading about for over a year now, and then perhaps there are others who were not as concerned with what you wrote, but how you wrote it- full front page (larger than any other story that I can remember since 9/11) on busy tourism weekends through the latter part of the summer. I will give you credit, the writing and subject matter did improve as the series went on, but I am a little perplexed why you would title the series House of Cards- it seems to be in direct conflict to the business model of the Pilot, who has made quite a bit of money off of ad's the real estate and building sector- going as far as to launch At Home Magazine, Yampa Valley Real Estate (aka Homefinder), and SteamboatHomeFinder.com
RCR- personally, it drives me nuts when i encounter a smug group of single speed commuting elitists riding two or three deep down the middle of Lincoln at 15mph. they take a look over their shoulders, see that i am there, and continue business as usual. uggghh. i like bikes, i own several. however, i realize who is king of the road, and it ain't me on a 17lb road bike.
Steamboat Pilot- I do not typically criticize, but this series is not covering anything all of us do not already know. I find it a bit disturbing that you would unveil this cover story on the weekend of Wine Fest and the Charitable Luxury Home Tour.
