Steamboatproph:

You spend energy stating your qualifications, then follow up by saying essentially nothing. A failed attempt to condescend is usually amusing. Keep posting.

Neither candidate in this election will bring irrevocable joy to anybody. Of the two I really think McCain is most likely to do nonpartisan good. An Obama victory would commence a four-year poll-driven campaign for a second term. The last thing we need is another fool who will not step an inch outside the bounds of his agenda.

Stmbtprof: I'll say it again- you should sue the institutions which gave you the obviously fradulent impression that you have a superior education. The evidence of your delusion of "grandeur" is pretty "rightous".

Somehow you spelled transvestite correctly.

The "suspicious activity-people shoveling a roof" is hall-of -fame material. I think that I'm getting close to tracking down the identity of the legendary caller.

Jazz: My comment did not hint at sainthood for McCain, but DID note a VERY significant red flag regarding Obama's team makeup. He is not as advertised-the banking and hedgefund "plutocrats" OWN him. Not his true-blue $5 contributors.

I feel that McCain has the courage to act in the national interest- rather than blindly follow HIS party template which is also the personal property of the banks and hedgefunds.

Our wallets are going to be hammered even if McCain gets in- the coming banking bailout leaves no other possibility.

Mr. Poyten:

While you still remember how to spell plutocracy (do this right away, so you won't have to look it up again) why don't you check out the sweet lady who resides on Obama's campaign staff as his national finance chair.

Her name is Penny Pritzker, and some would have some justification to call her(Superior Bank ) one of the worst offenders in the massive subprime crisis.

It is ironic that the Repub guy McCain is Far more likely to rein in the corrupt influence of banks and hedge-funds on our fine nation. He is not bought and paid for by them. Obama IS.

Your buddies, Cook and the Temples are human pine beetles. Except thier damage is far more permanent.

WE HAVE A WINNER!!

I would like to nominate the Great Strawberry Park Line Caper as the ALLTIME overblown non-issue in the history of Steamboat Springs Colo.

Folks- there is no forcefield associated with those lines. The 12 inch margin change will not prevent or cause ANY FREAKIN THING.

How about discussing a PROBLEM???

Good Day
