Rob Douglas: A not so hot pursuit

Poor Cargo-If only she had known- all you have to do to avoid arrest is simply say 'no hablo ingles' and the cops just let you go free!

How the West was lost

Duh-thank you Pilot for pointing out the obvious! While this battle was lost before it began there is still a chance to win against the other invasion-the one the Pilot helped create with the series "Crossing the Line". I'm talking about the equally destructive invasion of illegal workers that take jobs and undermine wages for honest American workers and send billions of tax free dollars out of the country. How about doing a series on getting rid of illegal workers and saving our country for honest taxpaying Americans?

Rob Douglas: A not so hot pursuit

I would like to interrupt this debate to bring y'all an important news update.....While it is obvious that RqDq has received his desperately needed AI chip, it has just been discovered that this new chip has been infected with the dreaded 'j-cochran' virus which causes the infected CPU to 'think' it is endowed with 'legal expertise'. In this case the 'host' has been so severely infected that it is even trying to get a position on Cargo's 'Dream Team' of defense counselors (Hammond, Baker and Maynard). Stay tuned for further updates!

Art in the Park stays free, adds new activities

We are a "real city" with 'real' traffic jams from one end of town to the other. But it's 'all good' because the tourism people are 'rentin' rooms and sellin' T shirts!

Rob Douglas: Something's got to give

Wow! The new improved 'RqDq' now comes with '20/20 Hindsight'. What's next-an AI chip?

Cattle on parade

BM- Tourism does not "own Steamboat" either! I have nothing against folks "having a little fun" but they don't have to block main street to do it. There is a lot more than "a little inconvenience" involved here. Lincoln Ave is a Federal US Highway. Slowing down thru traffic wastes time and fuel for truckers and motorists and adds to 'road rage'. During the first 'cattle drive' they held I got stuck in traffic for over 45 minutes with two employees in the truck costing me over $75.00. The traffic jam was so bad emergency vehicles would not have been able to respond if needed. Steamboat is not "progressing forward without me". Steamboat is turning into the same kind of urban jungle people move here to get away from. The tourism diease is getting way out of hand.

A boatmaster without a boat. If you don't like the comments -why read them? Or are you so vain that you think they are directed at you? There are many others that read these posts and who knows- they may stir people up enough to do something about it.
