I think Brent will leave thalgards post up. It does a great job reinforcing Brent's position. The timing of this and Victory's story makes for great conspiracy material. Its been fun, adios!

With DUI/DWAI you're pretty much guilty if you if you pass on the opportunity to prove your innocence. Right or wrong, it is what it is.... If you make yourself a public figure you will be treated like one, which includes "gossip" about your arrest article in the paper. Just ask Cargo and Wall. Interesting that someone takes the time to read through all of this and comment when they are too good for it.

Someone getting arrested in Steamboat for being a dumb drunk isn't a big tragedy. The plane crash is a tragedy. This is comic relief.

Nothing like refusing a test to show everyone how sober you are. I guess it got Gary out of a DUI....

My understanding of this whole thing is that the government will require everyone to have health care, and birth control coverage is to be a standard in this required coverage. Is that accurate?

YVB, I won't say it makes it right, I guess its one of those "don't hate the player, hate the game" kind of deals. I don't blame people for taking full advantage of the system when the system is designed to be taken advantage of. But that doesn't mean I like it.

If the government offers you money (tax credits, deductions, grants, subsidies...) take it. Americans (rich and poor) do it everyday.
