We have abunch of sore losers, and I do mean Sore, complaining Gary Wall is not POST certified although he has plenty of experience. Thats why I posted it.
I tried to find a factual stat. on education and police officers, to no avail at this time. I did find some interesting articles on requiring police to have at least a bachelors degree. I believe some states do have such a requirement.
I am glad that there is SOME requirement and I welcome more in the future.
Also on a side note, have you ever been arrested? How do you REALLY know how they operate? Any encounters? I have a few, I know how they operate. They are bias so they can win thier court case. They will even lie. Not all of course but it does happen. Nice thing about court is its very hard to prove a lie.

Our government allows China to slaughter us economically, a communist state, but we will not do business with poor Cuba. The government can not even control our own borders and then they turn around and imprison border patrol for shooting a drug lord.
I havent changed my views, the US Government and its associated lobbyist are a hazard to human rights. Ole Tom Delay is now in jail (i hope) for accepting money from sweat shop owners in US territories. Hopefully Ashcroft too.
