So sorry to hear the news Kevin. Prayers are with you and yours. As far as refer goes, first consult your Dr., then I personally would let the good Lord guide me in my decision. It could be a good case study that would benefit others down the road. I personally feel you have nothing to lose doing it. Never alone, be safe it IS a drug and enjoy.

Unfortunately there some who abuse everything including the first amendment and humor. They get the attention while they shoot themselves in the foot. Sad but true!

Gary good luck in keeping your children in bubbles to protect them from the ills of society. We live in a majority rules society so your screwed bud. As far as your feet doing the voting, I suggest some really good long lasting shoes with Smartwool socks as you have a very long journey ahead of you looking for Utopia. Remember what you don't teach your children will always do more harm than what you do teach them. I respect your opinion and your right to it. If you think they're safer in Houston then stay home.

If you don't stop developement across the elks migration routes there will be more elk than labradors and border collies in town. A history dictates your greed will be your demise.

Storm Mountain Ranch was built entirely on an eco friendly concept that that family concieved as a model for future growth. They had to have wealthy clients to be able to afford the eco system and maintain it. The houses are constructed under stringent guidelines above the standards of the law. They only sell to those who agree in their contract to abide by their wildlife and eco rule. They provide an easement for migrating elk. They also , at their expense, helped save the fish in town a few years back. They have been major supporters of the community since the beginning. Come on people look at the big picture. Their idea can also be implimented by the not so rich. I don't see the City of Steamboat making any effort to clean up the runoff of the downtown streets or building a couple overpasses for the elk to commute the two highways they can't safely traverse. Come on, wake up before it's too late!

This simply stinks and is WRONG! My reasoning is way too long for here but it boils down to this: When did we become so desperate and stupid that we have resorted to biting the hand that feeds us? Storm Mountain Ranch IS an important part of the ranching industry as it, at its own expense), provides eco clean water to the Yampa River. I can go on but again too long for here. Point is "nobody" is properly looking on a case basis they just want the money. I can rant on but it boils down to this "WE need to STOP this!!!".

Yes it does Rhys and no intention at a pun but it is the ripple effect of the paranoia created by 720. Erich it required them to respond thus making it "an incident" and putting it in the record.

Thanks for your research Scott. I too noticed Mr. Ward-Sosas new love of jail but elected not to comment. Hopefully the bond option has expired. Just another red flag.

Mr Jones thank you for validating my exact point. Your bad attention is better than no attention logic is possibly the only reason we will end up with relating to 420 and now the new 720. Only thing missing is the "fame" factor. In my opinion YOU are a red flag! I will comment no more!
