I wish I could say I'm sorry to hear this or better that it's a surprise. The head men in charge have been taking what they want since Chris showed up on those sun dappled shores. What is amazing is everyone's shock at the proposed plan, people in this city have been scrambling to fill every inch this valley has to offer since it was high jacked from the native people. Now they want to lay waste to your piece of paradise, I seriously doubt anyone will be able to do anything about it. Gather your signs, get out the clip boards, go and fight for the little parcel of land. They may not take it now, but the man gets what he wants and in a few years it'll be paved or built upon. However I wish you the best of luck in your battle.
Please use caution. Just because it's a plant remedy does not make it less. Treat with respect and approach with knowledge.
Yes, July 4th is a day to remember the "Founding Fathers". Please also take a moment to remember it marks one of many, "beginnings of the end" for the indigenous people that resided here first. The people who were systematically and brutally removed from their homes, where are the fireworks and parades celebrating the Lakota, Mandan, Iroquois, Utes, Cheyenne and so many others. Take a moment to remember our fallen heroes, their just as important.
