Jessica Lobeck came to the Graphic Design department at the Pilot &Today equipped with a broad array of skills and experiences related to visual arts and graphic design. When not attending to the daily advertising design needs of the Pilot’s diverse client base, she can be found putting her skills to use laying out and designing one of the Pilot’s many supplementary magazines and special sections.
Jessica graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA with a fine arts degree specializing in painting, and later studied graphic design at the School of Visual Concepts in Seattle. Jessica has worked previously as a fine arts etching printer in both in Steamboat and in NYC before transitioning into design.
When not working at the Pilot she can usually be found skiing or biking. The future points toward passing on her passion for outdoor recreation to her daughter Gigi together with her husband Erik.
