Ashley has been with the Steamboat Pilot & Today since October 2008, serving as editor of ExploreSteamboat.com and support for SteamboatToday.com, SteamboatHomefinder.com, and over 90 commercial web clients. She has previously worked in graphic and web design for several companies in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in international policy for a foreign policy think tank in Washington, DC, and has managed a Steamboat guest ranch (2004-2007) and instructed skiing (2004-2007). She also tutors Math and English at Colorado Mountain College.
Ashley grew up in Grand Blanc, MI, and moved to Steamboat in 2004. She graduated from the University of Michigan, with B.A. degrees in Political Science and Japanese. Ashley is married to Cliff Riele, and they have two young daughters, Addison and Sydney. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys horseback riding, skiing, playing the piano, cooking, and spending time with her family.
