Poll question has such limited answers. Really should be two questions.

1) Should parks and rec spending be decreased, left the same, increased 10% increased 25% or increased 50%?

2) Should parks and rec be funded exclusively from city budget, exclusively from a new property tax, or a mixture of the two?
