Interesting that we are willing to pay for a system to better enforce free parking, but no one will suck it up and vote to install parking meters so we can charge fees to offset enforcement, and limit parking time.

We couldn't have come up with these ideas on our own? There are always ideas out there but we need a game plan to use if the situation worsens.
