Say goodbye to the small ranchers, folks, this law will condense ranching into fewer (and larger) properties.

Its about time ....Enough of the subsidies for Phony Dime Store Cowboys.Being legit is one thing but just cause you own 35 ac and pickup does not make one a rancher..
