Ban plastic bags from big box stores and possible have a surcharge per bag required for all others.

Ban plastic bags. Ban items sold in packaging. Ban putting recyclables into the garbage. Ban downtown music. Ban gas lawnmowers. Ban MMJ advertising. Ban Muslims. Ban unions.

We can make this a perfect country by banning everything objectionable to anyone.
