if you're going to make the pot store owners eliminate their advertising, you'd better make the liquor stores stop advertising too. they're both doing the same thing, selling a legalized drug.
I'm already bombarded with pharmaceutical advertisements. Companies like Phizer and Merck can advertise their synthetic medications through radio, t.v., magazines, and newspapers. I don't think an ad for a local business is going to ruin my day.
the city can't make an ordinance like this without violating freedom of the press. the city probably won't touch something that is a violation of one of our constitutional rights.
greenwash, who are you talking to? i don't see any comments on here that could be construed as christian, or republican. are you talking to whoever came up with this idea to limit free speech?
