It would appear that City Counsel and the Commissioners have their work cut out for them, as far as representing the will of the people goes.
...and BTW...these polls are about as reliable and fair & balanced as Fox News. It is not possible that each vote represents 1 person. Point in case, this is roughly the 5th "weekly question" in which I have personally voted multiple times.
