ALL Marijuana laws should be eliminated. No harm no foul. We are wasting millions (if not billions) trying to keep marijuana illegal. And, guess what ?? It ain't working. It is everywhere then and now.

The politicans are too gutless to eliminate the laws making marijuana illegal. Did you know that possessing as little as a "joint" prevents a person from getting federal finical aid for college and under Colorado law it is MANDATED that the person be fingerprinted and requires that the offender must have his or her picture at the sheriff's office. Thus, a permanent CBI and FBI record.

It is ALL crazy.

Look at the last poll...Walgreens went down, too. The free market isn't so free if you want to build a drugstore of any kind in Steamboat Springs.

What's the deal, See. You are always espousing free markets and no government intervention with burdensome regulations. Change your tune, did ya?? Or are free markets good only when you agree with the industry involved. Free markets and no regulations for the big banks, oil companies, health insurance, etc, etc, etc. are a-ok, but we really should regulate this industry. Hypocracy at it's finest.
