Since we already know what a mess this is going to be and and we already know it will be behind schedule and we already know the updates we will be given from CDOT will not be correct and we already know the bus will also be stuck in the same traffic jam, (all items that have a proven track record) I think you need a fourth option in your poll. "With all the uncertainty associated with this project, I plan to leave 30-40 minutes earlier to make it to my destination on time regardless of what mode of transporation I plan to use."
