Lots of people are on "furloughs". Closing down City Hall on Fridays is a poor business model. Half your employees can have mondays, the other half fridays and switch every week or 2. But, please have a presence 5 days a week. The people that need to get things done shouldn't be punished.

A lot of places are going to 4 day work weeks, including some Colorado Schools. Also, City Hall has a drop box for bills you may normally drop off on Friday's. I like the idea of being able to go before or after work with the extended hours. Change can be hard for some, but there are many positives to this change and I do not think anyone is being punished.
