Wall needs to leave. He has now lost any respect or shred of leadership he may have had. He's finished.

Thank you for asking this question but the fact that it is even a question is amazing. His actions and the message they send to our children are reprehensible and a disgrace to the vast majority of our law enforcement personnel that work diligently to keep us safe. We are lucky that he didn't hurt someone but there is little question he has helped other drunk drivers rationalize they they don't have a problem if the sheriff doesn't. I truly hope that none of our citizens have to pay the ultimate price for that.

DWAI - found guilty, Possession of weapon while under influence _ found guilty, Refused roadside tests, licensed revoked - appeal denied, Made allegations against CSP - unsubstantiated, Concocted "bounty" theory - unsubstantiated, Alleged conspiracy by former officers - unsubstantiated, Still in denial.

Surely, the communi y knew what kind of guy Wall was when they elected him. You get the leaders you deserve!

I did not vote for him, even though Wall is a family name, and I pray we are far enough distanced in the gene pool that I do not have to claim him as kin folk.

On another blog someone took me to task for the red nose thing, well, hey, I am of Irish heritage and if I want to comment on red Irish noses I will. If African Americans can use the N word with impunity , I think I can comment on a red nose!

If this get removed, I know that the Pilot is way too politically correct!
