Yampa resident Hildred Fogg says on some days, it feels like her son David Fogg, pictured in the magnifying lamp, was killed yesterday. On others, it feels like it happened a long time ago. Monday’s Memorial Day Service in Steamboat Springs will pay tribute to David Fogg, a Soroco High School graduate, and John Vialpando, a Steamboat Springs High School graduate. Both men were killed while fighting in Vietnam.
