To mark Memorial Day, an American flag decorates the grave of David Fogg in the Steamboat Springs Cemetery. Fogg, a Soroco High School graduate, was killed in action in Vietnam when he was 18 years old.

To mark Memorial Day, an American flag and flowers decorate the grave of John Vialpando in the Steamboat Springs Cemetery. Vialpando, a Steamboat Springs High School graduate, and David Fogg, a Soroco High School graduate, were killed in action in Vietnam as teenagers.

Monday’s Memorial Day Service in Steamboat Springs will pay tribute to David Fogg, a Soroco High School graduate, and John Vialpando, a Steamboat Springs High School graduate. Both men were killed while fighting in Vietnam.
