Englewood golfer Jake Staiano chips out of the sand trap at Haymaker Golf Course on Tuesday afternoon during the Colorado Junior Golf Association's Haywhacker golf tournament. Staiano and Kyler Dunkle, of Douglas County, finished the two-day tournament tied at 146. Staiano shot par on the first hole of a sudden-death playoff to win the tournament. Columbine's Holly Schaefer won a playoff to earn the girls ages 14 to 18 title, and Denver's Natasha McClain did the same in the girls 11 to 13 division. The two-day event took place at Haymaker and Rollingstone Ranch Golf Club and drew 160 of the top junior players in the state to Steamboat Springs. Photo by John F. Russell
