Rocky Mountain Towing driver Brian Deem works to remove a car that was involved in a rollover crash Monday night from of a snowbank near Steamboat II. Colorado State Patrol Trooper Nathan McDowell said the driver of the car, a 44-year-old man, was heading east on U.S. Highway 40 from Milner when his car collided with a street sign, launched off a snowbank and landed off the road on its roof. The driver was taken to Yampa Valley Medical Center after he complained about back and neck pain, but his injuries were not thought to be life threatening. Steamboat Springs Middle School does an annual Swedish exchange, with eight students from Sollentuna, Sweden. The kids arrived last Tuesday and are loving the Steamboat lifestyle.
