Dewey Larson, with Big Dream Entertainment, sets up the cockpit of an A-7 Corsair II. The plane was built for the U.S. Air Force and used during the Vietnam War and Operation Desert Storm. Larson now transports a section of the fighter jet to air shows and other events where he offers history lessons, tours and the chance to slip into a flight suit and sit in the cockpit. His display will be part of this year's Wild West Air Fest, which takes place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at Steamboat Springs Airport. The cost to attend the event is $6 for adults, $3 for youths ages 6 to 12 and free for children younger than 6. Photo by John F. Russell
