The Tread of Pioneers Museum expansion project is on schedule. Framing is under way, and drywall will go up by the end of the month. Construction is scheduled for completion Nov. 1. Museum staff and volunteers then will begin the task of moving the more than 7,000 pieces of the collection back into the new facility.
