Members of the Steamboat Springs Civil Air Patrol place dog tags and helmets on inverted rifles Monday to pay tribute to Routt County Vietnam veterans David Fogg and John Vialpando. The two soldiers were killed while serving in Vietnam as teenagers. They were honored Monday during the Memorial Day service in Steamboat Springs.
