Spring into Summer Carnival

photo thumbnail

There were plenty of spinning lights, a few screams and lots of smiles Thursday evening as the Spring into Summer Carnival fundraiser began a four-day run at the Meadows Parking Lot in Steamboat Springs. Unlimited ride tickets can be purchased for $30, or visitors can purchase single ride tickets for $1 with most rides requiring three to five tickets per ride. The carnival is open from 5 p.m. until midnight today and noon to midnight Saturday and Sunday. The carnival benefits the middle school along with the Soda Creek and Strawberry Park elementary schools. Photo by John F. Russell
