There were plenty of spinning lights, a few screams and lots of smiles Thursday evening as the Spring into Summer Carnival fundraiser began a four-day run at the Meadows Parking Lot in Steamboat Springs. Unlimited ride tickets can be purchased for $30, or visitors can purchase single ride tickets for $1 with most rides requiring three to five tickets per ride.
