Eager skiers joined an extended gondola line Wednesday morning at Steamboat Ski Area where the mountain had received 10 inches at mid-mountain in the past 24 hours and 20 in 48 hours. The ski area is opening the Sunshine and South Peak chairlifts to provide more powder for the people.
