This month is perfect for viewing Saturn because the planet passed opposition, its closest point to Earth, on April 15. The Steamboat Springs High School Engineering Club making energy bikes for Strawberry Park and and Soda Creek elementary schools' energy conservation curriculum. The program is sponsored by the Yampa Valley Sustainable Schools Program and Cindy Gantick's Innovation Grant from the Education Fund Board.
