Kevin Fisher, co-owner of Steamboat Springs dispensary Rocky Mountain Remedies, gets a high-five from Josh Taylor on Tuesday night as election results were tallied. Voters in Steamboat Springs and Routt County rejected bans on medical marijuana dispensaries.
