Lisa Schneider poses in front of Machu Picchu in Peru. Schneider spent nearly 20 years as a kindergartner and first grade teacher in Steamboat Springs. Her life changed after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and she traveled to world, climbing the highest peak on each of the seven continents. Now she's returning to Steamboat to speak about her journey from fear, soon after her diagnoses, to empowerment.
