Howelsen Place has seen the sale of four residential condominiums since the end of October and two in the last week of February. All of them sold for more than $400 per square foot.

Four recent sales at Howelsen Place were for more than $400 per square foot and averaged 96 percent of listing price. Condos also are under contract at The Olympian and The Victoria downtown.
