Fourth-graders Marty Boyd, standing, and Brick Dalsis demonstrate their science fair project Thursday at Soda Creek Elementary School. The pair used a toaster and a plastic bag to show how hot air rises. The fair included 220 projects from students in kindergarten to fifth grade.
