Yampa Valley Regional Airport Manager Dave Ruppel looks at where a full-body scanning machine used to be located at the YVRA security checkpoint. The Transportation Security Administration took the machine this week so it presumably could be used at a larger airport.

The manager of Yampa Valley Regional Airport is concerned the entire country’s airport security system could be at greater risk because sophisticated passenger screening machines are being poached from smaller airports and moved to larger ones.
