Ashley Hartley and her husband, Brandon, check out the selection of olive oils and vinegars at Elevated Olive earlier this week. The new downtown Steamboat Springs business, which features a wide selection of olive oils and vinegars from across the world, was opened earlier this month by June Lindenmayer and Carol Parish.
