Christopher Faunce releases an Asian Wishing Lantern on Wednesday evening as part of the 100th Winter Carnival Opening Ceremonies at Howelsen Hill. The Opening Ceremonies included the grand marshals, queen and attendants as well as an appearance from Jon Banks, better known as the Lighted Man.
