Steamboat Ski Area adopts new uphill ski policy

The safety of uphill, after-hours hikers are a growing concern for the ski area, and the issue has pushed resort officials to institute a new policy that will ask users to sign a document and wear a reflective armband when climbing up Mount Werner.
