Strawberry Park first-grader Colin Kagan gets his pinkie painted purple Monday afternoon by high school volunteer Jaelin Kauf. The Rotary Club of Steamboat Springs took part in the Purple Pinkie Project to raise money to administer polio vaccine in third world counties.
